METHOD OF MEASUREMENT OF EFFECTIVE ENERGY IN FOOD PROCESSING BASED ON THE INDIVIDUAL LOSSES OF THE MOTOR AND THE WORKING MACHINE
Abstract On the basis of theoretical considerations on the individual losses of a three-phase electric motor and a working machine driven by this motor, mathematical models were formulated to determine the consumption of effective energy in the technological process. The advantage of this method is that it is not necessary to have special shutdowns of the motor ? working machine unit to connect the measuring aparatus to the motor. This paper presents an example of the application of this method to determine the coefficients of unit consumption of effective energy in the process of crushing wheat grain.
